A1466 Liquid Damage - No green light but fan spins, no chime no image

So I have a weird issue. I have a Macbook Air A1466 that came in with liquid damage. First thing I noticed when I plugged it in is there is no light on charger, but the fan comes on and stays on, no image, no chime. Made sure it was no image and not just no backlight.

On the board (820-00165) I found corrosion by Q7180+C7184+C7130, and a lot of corrosion on C7622+C7624+C7621.

All power rails appear present, but PPDCIN_G3H is only getting ~15V instead of 18.5V. But looking at the adapter provided, it only outputs 15V so I assume that is okay then.

My primary question is, why is the board powering up when the charger doesnt have a light?

PM_SLP_S4_L present?

Hi apologies for delay. Was waiting on parts and donor boards to come in before going further.

PM_SLP_S4_L is missing constant 0.0V

S5_PWRGD 3.6 mV

PP5V_S4RS3 missing

Also to note, fan no longer spins.

you should try to restart it or you can try to put it in rice and if that dont work take it to a repare store for your divice

@pixiesamira Rice? Really? You did not really suggest rice on here? Rice is not a tool. It does not do anything!!! Please do not suggest rice on here!!!!

Rice would help draw out dampness. You would need a bag large enough for MacBook Air and fill about halfway with Rice and seal. Let site overnight. No, not a normal tool, but house hold remedy with may help.
