Since 11:30 pm the cell phone shut down and all of the sudden started to optimize on his own. 1 or 2 out of 55 and the phone shuts down. I have removed the chip and the sd card. I have also removed the battery. Still doing the same thing. How can I stop the cell phone from doing that??

It sounds like you've already tried a soft reset. I'd say try and back up the data and then go for a hard reset (video if you prefer that way). This will wipe your phone!
Since it seems to be a software issue, that should fix it.

Polyphasic sleep cycles are difficult to maintain. I was doing a lot of inter-contental travel in a previous job and gave it a try so I wouldn't have as bad fatigue jumping timezones. Sadly it didn't work for me.

After pressing the ON and UP VOLUME and erase all data, it seems that it was going to work, but it didn't. It kept optimizing the apps and never went on. I call the company and they told me that the cell phone was defective and I should get a replacement. Lets see how that works!
Sorry to hear it didn't work out after all. Is the company going to process it as a return/replacement or are you on your own as far as getting the replacement?
Yes. I went to the store where I originally purchased the phone and they are sending me from the protection plan a free shipping label so I can return the item. Once they receive it, I will be getting a full refund. Thank you thought!! I learn something new on the process. ;-)
Hard resets don’t work any better than soft ones!!!
Phone keeps turning on/off, and battery can’t be removed, either/phone is fully charged.
Every answer on the net to solve,..FAILS!!
