I have a iPad mini 3 touch I bought from a pawn shop but it's locked onto icloud (Activation lock??11), it's asking for the persons Apple ID and password, does anyone know how to restore it and erase the Apple ID?

@yougy83 return I to the pawnshop. You cannot bypass the iCloud activation lock. This iPad is pretty much good for parts only.

You can't erase the Apple ID, it's Apples safeguard against people who steal phones and such. Only real way is to contact original owner, but that's unlikely for you. You can go on a website and pay around 50 bucks for them to unlock it. Apple won't unlock it for you unless you were original owner.
