iSight fails after 30 seconds
The iSight fails after 30 seconds. will only restart on reboot. Apple wants 170.00 to fixit. Can I just replace the camera?

Yes, you can replace it. But first would you give a better description of just what's happening. Did Apple tell you they were going to replace the camera or just "fix the problem"?
