My zte pro phone the screen is black but the bottom but tens still work what do I do to not have a black screen please help?

@crazyskilled You can reset your phone to have a try, but reset the phone you will lose your data.
1. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release.
2.Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
3.Press the Power button to select.
4.Press the Volume down button repeatedly until Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted.
5.Press the Power button to select.
6.Wait as the device resets.

I just tryed what you had said nothing I do step one and the phone just buzzes and no logo
no you need to tell us how many times to hit the volume button bown until you get to yes because the screen is black
How will you see the zte on tje phone
The screen is black….duh
Had the same problem. In accessibility got to display and swipe color inversion!!!
