LED 1 and LED 2 Blinking Power Button Amber
Problem Description A possible system board failure has occurred.
Troubleshooting Steps
• Disconnect all internal and external peripherals, and re-start the computer. If the computer boots, add the
peripheral cards back one by one until you find the bad one.
• If the problem persists, the system board is faulty.
LED 1 and LED 2 Blinking Power Button OFF
You do want to make sure that you properly inserted all your cards and that everything is connected. Since you did not tell us to what extend you cleaned your computer and exactly what you did, it will be difficult to pinpoint this.

You've made sure that all cables are connected correctly? None have been damaged while it was apart?

I did a quick check to make sure, bit later on, when I have time, I will reseat the CPU and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't than I'll let you know!

@vinylcake what does the power button look like while LED 1 and LED 2 blink? Is it off or is it amber?
