iPhone screen has a black area on top right corner

I've dropped my iphone and when i picked it up it has small black area on top right corner, touch still works perfectly even where the black area is.

How can i fix it?

It appears you have damaged the LCD on your phone. This black spot will also grow in size with time. You can replace the LCD by ordering this part and following this guide.
