Why does my smart tv simply stuck on logo and then restart?

My new NASCO led tv is stuck on boot logo and restarts. the remote is also not responding. Is this firmware problem, if yes then how i get the firmware.

it is only 1 month old brought from abroad , so no service available here. please help.
