What are screw types holding on back panel?

Hi,

One of the long screws from the back panel in the corner got stripped. Anyone have specs for a replacement screw or where to buy one? Nintendo is a no go.

I also need 2 or 3 of the short ones that go in the top and bottom holding back panel on. Same question.
