Headphone jack and touch id not working

Hi, i replaced my charging port because last one didn't work. Now i got everything to work except headphone jack and touch id. Are home button and headphone jack somehow related? I see some kind of pins on top of the headphone jack, is it somehow connected with touch id? And does my touch id still work when charging port replaced? I know touch id is related with motherboard, but i have the original home button. I have also a app battery doctor and it writes my battery is partially charging and if i use my phone when its charging then battery % seems to drop, but when i don't then % goes up. Anyway is my charging port low quality or maybe i missed something when i replaced my charging port? If so maybe can you give me some info? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the charging flex you got is faulty which could cause all the issues you have detailed, I would try replacing it again and see if that solves them. If it doesn't fix the touch ID then check the home button flex cable as you may have damaged it when doing the original repair.

Thanks for the answer. It stopped charging at all when i put in my new battery(new battery seems faulty). But then i put old one back and it didn't charge that one too, only showed charging mark. I got enough yesterday and today i opened it again and moved that main charging port cable which locates next to battery(under same metal cover). Everything started to working again, even the touch id and headphone jack. My only problem is now my phone won't show earphones mark on top of the screen as it did before, buy earphones itself are working so it's pretty much irrelevant. I would like to know what do you think, can new faulty battery cause charging port and its parts not to work?

One thing i noticed also, when i put my new battery back in nothing else(loudspeaker, mic) didn't work neither or it may be due to low voltage.
