iPhone 5c loops at apple logo when on charge

I have an iPhone 5c, it will not turn on at all when it is off charge, and it will only loop at the apple logo when it is on charge.

I have tried restoring via iTunes in DFU mode, but that did nothing.

Is there anything else I need to do? Like replace the battery?
