My iPhone 6 has gone black after dropping it, HELP!

I dropped my phone yesterday and the screen shut off, there's no damage at all to the screen. I opened up my phone and checked that the screen and battery flex cables were fully secure which they were. I also tried holding the home and button down for 30 secs and restoring via iTunes as the phone did show up on my computer. I don't know what else to do, I asked apple but they'd charge me £136 to fix but I don't want to be spending that sort of money on it.

Any ideas??

It's the screen gone bad.

Has the screen been replaced before on that phone?

If you want to DIY (Do-It-Yourself) you can buy the screen online from places like eBay / Amazon sellers though it's hard to tell which screen is good quality or not. Don't go for cheapest / too cheap or you'll be sorry with touch or glass pushing up issues.

You can get the screen replaced at a mobile phone repair shop for like less than half the price or even less.

See if one of your friends with the same phone would let you put their display assembly on your phone. If it work then all you need is a new display. You can find those for relatively cheap on amazon.
