Cannot set up the device
Just got this device hooked it up to my computer and all I am getting is a picture of a USB cable going to iTunes. What do I need to do?

You may have to actually open up iTunes, yes you MUST use iTunes at least at first, and iTunes has to be the new version, and it should work.
