No power no noise
My MacBook pro A1260 will not power on and there is no noise either. Possible water damage. Bought new battery and it showed charging, then to green showing charged. Still nothing what's likely the problem and how do I repair.

Please give us the history of this machine.

Bought reconditioned from Simutec, was working fine. My wife said she spilled a little Kool-Aid on counter and it hasn't worked since. My guess it spilled onto keyboard, but sure.
