Blank screen after apple logo.

Hi everyone, i have an ipad air that is not turning on. It was on low battery but after leaving it overnight it isnt working.

Everytime i press Power and Home button it shows apple logo for quick 2 seconds and then just blank screen. Backlight stays on though. But it doesn't go off even if i press power button or hold it.

Also it won't connect to itunes.

Hoping to get a solution.

Turn the iPad off or wait for the battery to die. When it is off, plug the charger into iTunes and press and hold the home button at the same time. Keep holding until a connect to iTunes screen appears.
