Front panel material glas or acryl/plastic?
Is the material of the iPad 4th Gen Front Panel Assembly repair kit glass like the original or acryl/plastic?

The iPad 4 glass assembly is made out of glass. Depending on where you purchased the screen from depends on the quality of the glass and how good it would hold up to drop and pressure. The glass is attached to the digitized using either liquid adhesive or OCA tape. This makes the middle part stay together and the top part can break away in prices if the screen is cracked.

I am asking because I have seen comments on amazon retailers of Ipad4 frontpanel replacements that say that the cheap replacements are made of plastic and not glass. I would like to buy the replacement kit from ifixit, but I want to be sure that it is exactly like the original made of real glass.
