My black ps2 console motherboard sounds like its out of place how do i put it back in place without shorting it out

First you need to take apart the device. Then find where its damaged and repair the damage. Not sure which PS2 Console you have so this link PlayStation TV Console is for all of them. Pick the right console and then pick the motherboard repair guide. That will show you how to remove it and then you can find the damage and repair it.
