The plug-in area where you put the chargerthat little area is broken my son is stuck in the charger real hard and snap the little chip in there where can I go to fix it or get it replaced

@chefomar, Omar, You did not state your model, see 1st link below, you may find your disassembly guide for your device and the 2nd link shows what may be involved in repairing the charge port, in case you would like to attempt the repair. Really not a repair for the inexperienced because the charge port for your device is soldered to the mother board and the heat generated could cause further damage if not very careful. If not wanting to do the repair yourself have a (good local computer/cell phone repair shop) have a look and estimate repair. Good luck.
