Could you provide a bit more information?
Is your phone stuck in an update loop?
Does it always say the sim card has been removed during the restart?

Yes, it gets stuck in an elongated update loop. Eventually, usually after a half hour, it will fully boot up and that is when I get the message that the sim card was incorrectly removed.
