OK

Still the same problem on dropping the iPhone 4!

The logic board has moved you have to unscrew it (ask the service shop people to do it) and tighten the screws again.

The screws grounding the logic board to the metal body are responsible for GPS, WI-FI, Second mice, GSM antena etc.

It does sound a loose connection. Do check all connectors to make sure that they are seated properly. Check on what Armald mentioned since it does sound like sound advise. Do other people receive your calls and how do they hear you? Just wondering if it is a speaker or a mic issue. Easy fix would be a lose connection....if you follow the guides on ifixit, you get step by step instructions and tips and tricks in how to fix your phone once you established where the fault is. Toughest part of the job is the trouble shooting. So the more information that you provide, the bigger the chance that people can help you out. Good luck

So shaking the phone makes it better? Sounds like something is lose. I would definitely check for a lose connection. The metal band around your frame is nice and tight and not broken or cracked? I Will check some more and let you know as soon as I find something. Can other people here you without static?

But everytime the cracking noise happends, i open up the iphone, disconnect some cables and reconnect them then it works again.

But the next day cracking sound comes back!

Redo the whole thing again, works again? Weird...
