does any one have hardware diagnostic software for iPod?

Does anyone know if there is any software that you can download on your computer then plug in your ipod and run a hardware test to see why my ipod wont work?

if any one has anything similar please tell me...thanks.

i dont know much about it cause its someone elses im fixing for them but i do know that:

>at first it was just the digitizer that stoped working,(was'nt broken) then i replaced it, and that did'nt help eather so i tried a couple other ones and no luck w/that. i dont know if it has been water damaged or droped but everything worked (except digitizer) until i took the logic board out and put it back in then it did'nt turn on...any ideas?
