Battery charging connector or port
The charging port on my sons LG G7.0 tablet is broken and won't allow the charger to connect. Can that be replaced?

all components can be replaced, the question is on what skill level is required to do so?
The USB port for this specific tablet, is on what is known as a flex ribbon, which is good news for people new to repair. The repair dificulty for this specific procedure is 1/5. It is a very simple repair, and a great way to test if you have a knack for repairs.
Simply pop off the backcover, remove some excess components, and swap out the flex ribbon.
