Partial screen frozen 1/4 still good and responding

After impact of hand 3/4th of screen has frozen and 1/4 screen still working even reponds to touch. Can the screen be repaired or needs replacement.

If replacement required where can i get replacement screen in Mumbai India. Amazon refuses to repair since out of warranty period
