The charge port in my tablet came out when I unplugged my charger, I see have the charge port an tried to put it back in but it still won't work. It worked until the battery ran down. It won't charge at all now.

Gina Salyer, The charge port for your device is solder onto the mother board and will have to be resoldered to the board or replaced. If not experienced, this soldering procedure is very delicate(micro soldering) and should be left for the experienced to not cause further damage. Take device into a good local cell phone/computer repair shop and have them take a look and estimate repair. In case you would like to try the repair yourself I will put a link below to show how to dismantle you device to get access to the charge port. 2nd link is not your device but will show what may be required to solder port back on the mother board.
