does installing an after market oil filter and oil cooler help the 40 hp bug engine?

Installing a high quality oil filter and oil cooler will improve HP torque and reduce the probability of overheating of the engine (by cooling the engine oil).

also put a bigger oil pump in to counter act extra resistance in oil cooler and filter
