How to fix touch ID and push display down tight..

There must be a knack on this iPhone 6 plus display. This is the second one Ive repaired and still can't get the display to push down tight, I know to slide it in at the top and then push down towards home. Is there something else to it?

Also on this particular one I bought the display only so had to transfer earpiece and front camera and home button.

Everything ok apart from my touch ID. Its the original home button so only thing that it can be is the home button cable.

It was quite hard to remove from device, i used heat but when i got connector off it was a little curved but home button connector still pressed on some presumed it was ok...

Is there anything else it could possibly be. And to change the home button flex, i just need to remove the metal plate, theres no need to remove earpiece flex area...

Actually do not forget the home button extension cable.

I reckon this should fix it. When I peeled the connector off at the bottom it was banana shaped. It was very hard to peel off with heat gun and spudger.

Also why does pressing my home button no longer wake my iPhone lock screen. When I take my phone out I need to press power to wake my display

try to reconnect the display n light connector then put it in place proper in the dock connecting port then try not to close power it on then hold the assitive touch try to slide up and down all corner then if there no hold up or loosing it it was good or sometimes the lcd it self has no good so change it then try another one ps...disconnect the battery when you connect or disconnect the lcd flex so no static charge can damage the diode or capacitor
