How to fix my New 3DS Black Screen?

Hi,

Below is my scenario. Thank you for looking into this.

Sound can be heard but no reactions to any button besides holding down the power for 10secs.

Soft boot " L+R+A+Up " allows screen to turn on in "SafeMode" and only allows me to Update via WiFi.

I've removed the SD and Battery once. Didn't boot with SD card out.

Completely drained the battery and charged it fully.

What should I do now?

My main goal is to recover my eShop game saves from the SD card.. I'm afraid I might lose everything!
