Hi,my iphone 5s accidently fall and it didn´t turn on,for one moment it did but the home screen was tweaking and it got stuck then itself turn off,but when i connected the phone with the charger it puts the logo but only keeps repeating and repeating,i tried the wake up button trick and still its tweaking the apple logo,What can i do?

You need to remplace the home button is important when you need to restore to itunes , when you replace the home button just open itunes (PC) and connected your iphone by holding the power and the home button when appel logo go way just take off ur finger from power and keep the other on the home button itunes will ask the next step

Before you restore it completely, first try holding the home button and the power button down at the same time for around 10 seconds and it might reboot normally.
If that doesn't work, try a new battery (if you know how)
If all else fails then try a full restore through iTunes.
Plug it in via the usb charger cable, hold the power button down for 3 seconds then without letting go hold the home button for 10 seconds, then let go of the power button.
It should now be in dfu mode, restore and hopefully it should work.

What do you mean by tweaking?
If it's stuck on the apple logo right now try a update on iTunes then restore as last resort.
Software can get corrupted upon drop for whatever reason.
