Touchscreen digitizer and cameras not working after hinge repair

I recently repaired the 3dsxl hinge. After powering it on all the controls work perfectly, as well as the sound etc.

The issue I had during repair was with the small grey flip gate broke on one of the top cables i circled here: http://imgur.com/a/9WQ8e

I was still able to "slide" the little ribbon cable in and place the grey flipper back on top and press it down a bit (even though the left side of the grey flipper is missing the little side that sticks out slightly and would let it hold in place)

anyhow now the touch screen is not responsive at all. I tried going into game notes and drawing etc but it won't recognize any touch. The image on the screen is perfect it is just the digitizer I guess?

Is it that ribbon cable I circled that is causing this?

Possible unrelated are the cameras. they do not seem to be turning on when going to camera all I see is a black screen. If it is not related which cable did I miss for that?

And lastly, the 3d is not working. It might just need to be calibrated after the repair but I can't do that because you need the touch screen active to be able to calibrate.
