Why is my tablet freezing and turning off?

If your locked screen is not accepting touch, try shutting off the device by pressing the power button. If the screen pops up asking you to “shut down..?” continue to press the power button to power off. If the screen does not allow you to power off allow time for the device battery to drain and restart the device. If the problem reoccurs begin shutting down tablet after use.
