My GoPro Hero 4 silver won't turn on with or without battery (plugged into laptop), with or without SD card, or with or without both.
The camera was never dropped nor damaged by water. It just stopped working.

This kind of issue is caused by a faulty battery or the motherboard isn't receiving a power signal from the battery. Please go over the troubleshooting steps here. If none of these steps help and the GoPro still isn't turning on, I would advise contacting the Support team.
