Screen display is scrambled on startup.

Unit may have been dropped or mishandled, but I'm not certain. All I can see on startup is a split screen, with one side blackish, and the other side grayish, with a yellowish line in the middle. From what I can see, it looks like there could be a startup happening, as there is a slight movement in the lighter colors.
