2 Why did my drill start getting really hot?
I was using the drill for awhile, and it started to started to get hot. Why is this?

Your drill may have overheated because it is being used too long. Please allow it to cool down by stopping the drilling. After a few minutes, your drill should be cooled off and it should be ready to be used again. Check out the Makita XPH01 troubleshooting page. page for more information on this issue.
