Is your SIM card inside?
Is your SIM service activated?
Do you have balance remaining?
Is airplane mode off?
Check these before anything else.

Hi, I would suggest taking the phone to an Apple store or to your phone company store and have them look at it.

Can you tell us more? What is the problem in specific? When is this problem happening? Have you done anything to your phone (like opened it) before?

I restored the phone, I just restored to the correct this problem, after I tried to get the sim card in the phone, the phone finds the network and the operator, for the moment tou goes well after when I want to call anyone the phone does not respond and remains blocked, it does not beep, and the level of speaker I hear nothing. it takes restart the phone for it to work

Have you tried the SIM card in a different phone to see if it works there?

yes i tried the sim card in my other phone it work perfectly , and a tried another sim card in the iphone 5 it not works
