My iPhone 6 reboot

Hey guys,

First of all sorry for my bad english skills.

The battery of my iphone always crashed with 30%, so I decided to replace the battery.

After I have done this everything worked fine for 7-10 days.

But then suddenly the iphone start rebooting by itself a few times. Then randomly it was working a few minutes again but then it suddenly reboots :D

Then I did the DFU mode And updated the phone to the latest software but the issue is still there

If I plug it in the charger I wont get any reboots. . Then I thought ok maybe the Battery is broken again (low voltage maybe). So I bought a new one to test it. The new battery worked for the whole

Day from 100% to 15%, but then the phone restarted 3 times again, till the battery was empty.

My crash reports are full of low battery and reset counter logs. The low battery logs all have the date of 1970-01-01 but I have never typed in this date.

So I don't know what to do next. Am I just unlucky to get 2 broken batteries or is there any other issue you know?

Please help me to fix this problem.

Thanks to all of you :)

Have you been buying the batteries from the same supplier? Sounds like a bad batch of batteries. Which I get all the time with iPhone 5S and 4S.

I bought them form 2 different sellers, but maybe both of them have bad Battery batches. I will check it today how it will work before rebooting

I have the same identical problem.

Just bought a battery replacement from iFixit. Changed the battery and now the phone keeps rebooting after some minutes.

Basically, you went through 3 batteries and always got the same result...no charging and the phone resetting constantly when the battery was low power. You would have to be incredibly unlucky to have three bad batteries in a row, especially from different orders.

Batteries "crashing" at 30% and not charging is typically caused by a bad Tristar IC, also known as U2, even though it is U1700 in the iPhone 6. I believe the problem is more hardware related than battery related.

Prior to your original battery going "bad", did your phone suffer through any impacts or falls? Was there any water damage?

I would bring your phone to a shop that can do micro-soldering repairs. They can test your battery(ies) to see if they are indeed good or bad and if they are good, they can troubleshoot your logic board to repair the root problem.
