My iPad is not booting at all black screen, not detected by pc/mac Tried the ovbious hold the power and home buttons but nothing. Preferibly no DIY.
No damage just woke up one morning and it didn't work.

Try plugging it into power and letting it charge overnight. If that doesn't do anything, then you're going to have to send it to someone to repair -- it could be a bad dock connector (preventing it from charging) or a bad logic board.
