Camera not recognized - No video capture devices were found

Went through the ifixit instructions here and added a SSD which involved removing and then reconnecting the Bluetooth/Camera/Sensor cable in step 27: Instalando un Kit Dual de Disco Duro en iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2428

Camera now won't work and system info states - "No video capture devices were found". I opened the iMac back up and double checked the cable was still installed and it is. I tried resetting the System Management Controller but still nothing. Strange thing is that the cable is the only one that doesn't feel (and never did to begin with) that it's locking in place like the other 15 or so cables that I dealt with throughout the process.
