Hi,
Citroen C4 Grand Picasso 2010, 1.6L, EGS.
The air stopped blowing out of the outlets, the garage says the engine that changes the mode (top, middle, bottom) has a broken piece of plastic but they need to replace the whole module which costs above $1,000.
Anyone know where I can get a part?

Hi. It can also be the the motor. Or connections there are lose like ours. It's only few bolts and some plastic and the blower motor is out because it was totally rust. We got told around 400$ for a new. Got it out no rust. Just lose connection. If I was you. I would try take it out. Check it. It's in passenger sider.
But we still have problems it Will not run. So sometimes I need to move the connection. And then it's start.
I hope it would help. 1 time I do something like this.

This is a very old comment, luckily I do not own the car anymore.
It was the plastic that connects the motor to the lever that moves the vent control, so that the vents where in closed position all the time.
Eventually found that piece of plastic out of a scrapped car and replaced. $10 for the part, instead of $1000

SIM , é uma peça de plástico fraca trabalhando com um motor forte , basta fazer o reparo e tentar deixar mas forte e resolve-se o problema , tenho um com o mesmo problema e já estou vendo uma oportunidade para fazer
