I have an issue with my iphone 6s. Whenever i turn on my data, it shows Edge eventhough the area i am living in is considered LTE area. The connection is slow. There is no issue with regards to calls or text messages. Wherever i go it is still on edge.

Sounds like it is an issue with your cell carrier

I guess not, My girlfriend has the same phone with the same network provider. I tried her sim card on my phone and it has the same result. It shows edge whenever i switch on my cellular data, on ther other hand i have inserted my sim card to her phone and it is on LTE.
