1 Does anyone know what these parts belong to?
LG LDF7551ST getting DE (drain error) - everyone calls it OE.
I removed the drain hose that is connected to the disposal and blew into it and the water bubbled up. Cleaned filter, ran on quick setting and it indeed generated the DE error again. Without removing dishwasher I removed kickplate to see drain pump right in front.
I removed drain hose from pump and noticed a 1 inch long piece of grey plastic and a 3/4" black circular piece of flat rubber and has a handle of sorts as if it were to be secured onto something. Does anyone know what these parts belong to? Not sure if they dislodged when I blew into the drain hose?
I am not certain that these items are from the internal components of this dishwasher but maybe they were causing drain issues? I am about to run it once again - I will report back to let you know what happens.

So I ran the dishwasher without incident. I am guessing that the circular flat rubber piece is from the garbage disposal? Not sure where the piece of grey plastic is from although it is the same plastic and color as the dishwasher rack.
