battery won't charge, replaced everything so far...?

Sad tale of my iPhone 6......

so a month ago my lightning port stopped working and would only charge my phone if it was at the perfect angle. so i replaced it. worked great.

unrelated (maybe) a month later i dropped the phone and messed up the screen i replaced on it about 4 months ago. just very faint vertical lines in the LCD, no digitizer damage. not going to bother replacing yet.

a few days after the drop, the battery percent wouldn't go up while charging. tried software stuff first (restart, recovery mode then kick out, and finally full restore). no help. ordered a new lightning port and another battery just in case it was the issue. swapped battery, no workey

swapped battery and lightning port, nope

original battery with new lightning, no again...... fml

of course i tried about 5 different cables, the car charger, 2 different macbooks and a chromebook. no charging happening. i'm not a retard and have repaired about 300 iphone screens/misc parts. the parts are installed correctly and there's no water damage.

i think i'm out of options. any ideas????

Have you tried with a known good charged iPhone 6 battery to see if it turns on?

If it does turn on and when you plug in for charging and shows no signs of charging with a new charging dock then probably there is component damage on the logic board, most likely being the charging ic chip.

I'd wait for others to comment on this as it requires special tools to replace this IC on the logic board.

If it still doesn't turn on even with a known good battery then it could be the power ic chip on the logic board that has gone bad from the drop.

I was afraid that would be the problem. Was hoping I missed something simple... Thank you for the input Ben :)
