My tablet turns on but it won't charge

My Nexus 10 tablet has a charging issue. Initially the tablet would charge intermittently, now it doesn't charge at all. It will turn on and can be used but won't recognize any adapters I try. I thought this was a faulty charging port so I tried replacing the part, but the tablet still won't charge.

If anyone has any idea what the problem could be I'd be grateful, I don't know where next to go with it.
