Probably the system software needs to be restored via Samsung Kies or downloaded firmware off Sammobile.

Download Samsung Smart Switch. Once installed, on top of the tab you will find a "more" option. The first option would be to process an "emergency software recovery".

I have read so many posts on how to root my zte paragon phone and I still can't get it to root!! It says "Install blocked" error code #0x1516EA. ( I also checked to make sure the "unknown sources:" check box was checked ). The programs I used were: SecureSU zip, Root King, Official TWRP, bootleader and the bootleader unlocking app. And some how during all this, the homescreen on my phone went nuts for awhile just flickering and scrolling different pictures and wording and no matter what I did, nothing helped. It finally stopped on one particular screenshot which starts out half of the size of the screen and cascades smaller and smaller into the screen. I can use the phone somewhat, I have to slide all of the images together and then I can move it up or down to be able to read what is behind pile of"clutter", very annoying! Can anyone please help, whether it's one of my problems or all of them I would APPRECIATE any and all comments. (except rude or lewd comments, then you will be reported). Thank you!

Press and hold both the “Power” and “Volume Down” buttons. Do this for about 20 seconds or until the device restarts again. This will often clear the memory, and cause the device to start normally

You should try doing it again by following these steps.

  1. Make sure the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime is powered off completely.
  2. Hold down the Volume down key and the Home key and the power button and keep all three buttons pressed until the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime powers up.
  3. Providing you have done it correctly it should boot in to Download mode and you press the Volume up key to start Download mode.
  4. Connect the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime now to your PC.
  5. Run the Odin software you downloaded in step 2.
  6. Inside Odin click the AP option (this may be known as PDA in earlier versions of Odin) and browse on your computer to the root file you extracted in step 3.
  7. Inside Odin click Start to begin the root process.

If these steps fail, you should take it to the customer service.

Guide: How to Recover Your Phone After a Failed Rooting Attempt

If you have tried to root your phone and it won't turn on at all, you may be feeling frustrated and worried. Don't panic! Here are some steps you can follow to recover your phone:

1, Check the battery: Make sure your phone has enough battery. Charge it for at least 30 minutes before proceeding.

2, Enter Recovery Mode: Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button together until your phone vibrates and enters Recovery Mode.

3, Factory Reset: In Recovery Mode, select the "Wipe data/factory reset" option. This will erase all data on your phone, so make sure you have backed up all important data before proceeding.

4, Reboot: Once the factory reset is complete, select "Reboot system now" to restart your phone.

5, Install Stock Firmware: If your phone still won't turn on after the factory reset, you may need to flash the stock firmware. You can find the firmware for your phone model on the manufacturer's website or other reliable sources. Follow the instructions carefully to flash the firmware onto your phone.

6, Seek professional help: If none of the above steps work, it's time to seek professional help. Contact the manufacturer or a trusted repair shop for assistance.

Thank for attention on my post.

1. Perform a Hard Reset:

Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button (or the specific key combination for your device) simultaneously for about 10-15 seconds.

This should force your phone to restart. If it doesn't, proceed to the next step.

2. Attempt Safe Mode Boot:

While the phone is off, press and hold the Power button until the device logo appears.

Once the logo appears, release the Power button and immediately press and hold the Volume Down button.

Keep holding the Volume Down button until the phone finishes booting up.

If your phone boots up successfully, it means that a third-party app or the root itself might be causing the issue. Uninstall any recently installed apps or revert the root process to see if that resolves the problem.
