Most likely the screen has gone bad from the water damage and the battery seems to be okay luckily. But I'd replace the battery as well since the phone has been water damaged.
TL:DR - Front Display assembly and battery probably needs to be replaced. It's worth a try as the phone is still showing signs of life.
