Screen won't work after replacement?

The other day my phone shattered after I dropped it. The lcd and screen were working though. I decided to replace the screen myself.

I ordered multiple replacement screens but none of them worked. I even used a screen from another working phone. They were all blank and the backlight didn't work either.

I've tried all the generic solutions (hard reset, replace battery). I could still hear the phone vibrate so it's not a battery issue. It's also not long screw damage.

All help would be appreciated!
