I'm blocked out of my phone.
My Galaxy grand prime was flashed with an unauthorized software and is locked. How can I get back in my phone? please help.

Hi mixahdtab,
You can try to enter in DOWNLOAD MODE with POWER + VOLUME DOWN and load the stock rom again with Odin
