I went to get my 4s fixed because it has a password and I have quite a bit of content on it. The guy told me that my LCD cable was broken and that my phones screen may not work. It doesn't... Can it be fixed??

I'm sorry to say but you cannot fix the LCD flex cable it would have to be replaced. Now was your screen working before you had the repair tech take a look at it?

No, It did not work. First I shattered the screen.(working) Then I dropped again and the front glass at the top started falling out (still working). But the screen stoped working after my my niece was playing on it, and I tried to take it away from her (shes 2 - 3) and she was holding it tightly in her hands and would not let go and when I got it back the screen would not respond.
Yeah, Sorry to say the whole screen assembly needs to be replaced.
