My device has blotchy marks all over it. Help me!

This just happened 10 minutes ago. My sister was downstairs cleaning and went back up. The RCA Maven Pro 11 was sitting on the table when my mom left to work. I I came downstairs and looked at it. So I turned it on. It has black marks like it was cracked on the inside. I don't know what happened but PLEASE HELP!!
