Failure microphone and headphone (3.5mm )

Mi teléfono se mojo.

Lo desarme, arme y seque.

Enciende correctamente, sin embargo, no se escuchan las llamadas ni el sonido en audífonos. Tampoco se escucha sonido por el micrófono. Toda la funcionalidad adicional es correcta.

Incluso el altavoz.

¿Que recomiendan cambiar?

My phone is wet . Disassemble , assemble and dry. On properly , however , calls or sound in hearing aids are not heard . Nor hear sound through the microphone. All additional functionality is correct. Even the speaker. What recommend changing ?
