iPhone won't restore in DFU or Recovery Mode (No iTunes error)

I have an iPhone 6 Plus which will not restore. This one is very strange as the restore seems okay with iTunes but then as soon as the software tries to extract the phone crashes and just shows the white loading spinning wheel at the bottom of the screen and then i get an iTunes error 4003.

Sorry have just tried again and i get no iTunes error. It just sits on the phone with a white apple logo with a white loading wheel underneath and on iTunes it says waiting for iPhone.

Phone looks brilliant condition in and outside and not sure what to try next!
